Our prints are produced in-house on our state-of-the-art Epson print system.
Our custom handmade albums from Australia take approximately 6-12 months to complete. These albums are designed and built to last a lifetime, and are among the best albums in world, and here is a great analogy from one of the finest wedding photographers in the world; "I think the best way to describe this is to compare it to buying cars. When someone wants a Ford or a Toyota, Mazda, Nissan, you just go to one of the dealers and choose the colour of the car you want, and then you pay your $30,000 and pick up your car the next day. When you order a Porsche or a sports Mercedes Benz, you go to the specific dealer and choose the colour you want and place your order, then you will wait a few months for the delivery of your car with all the bells and whistles you specifically asked for, and…if you order a Ferrari, well, you wait up to a year to receive your car, you pay dearly for it and you are grateful that they made it possible for you to have one." -Yervant
Q. What is your photography style?
A. Our wedding photography cannot be defined by one style. We photograph the day as it happens, and your wedding is a direct reflection of your personality and love for one another. We capture the interaction between you, your family and your friends. Allowing our images to tell the story of your wedding day. All of our images capture the connection between our couples. We do not photograph any "cheesy" cookie cutter pictures, or the typical "look at the camera and smile" images.
Q. What should you look for when commission a photographic artist?
A. There are several keys things that you should look for when meeting with a photographer:
*Do they have consistent work? Meaning does the work that you see on their website, in their prints and in their albums have a consistent flow and feel. Some photographers get lucky shots here and there, but don't have consistent work. Upon request, they should be able to show you complete weddings without hesitation.
*Do you feel a personal connection to the photography? Can you see yourself or personal style in the photographers work. A great photograph captures a moment in time and allows others to see a glimpse of that moment and feeling. Real emotion has to be present in order to be captured. To have a great creative relationship with your photographer you will need to feel that you can express your identity as a couple. Your personality needs to mesh with the photographer you have selected, and by working together you will create truly unique and beautiful images.
*How do they capture and print your images? We capture your images in a “RAW” format. Essentially this is a digital negative that allows us to capture your wedding in the best format possible to ensure high quality images. We do not outsource our photographic prints, we have spent years researching print products to provide our clients with outstanding print quality. The combination of professional K3 inks, premium paper and protective UV laminate coating, gives your images a light fastness well in excess of a hundred years. Many professionals are not investing in this type of system and as such your images are at risk of fading and deterioration in as little as 10 years time. We are proud to offer our clients this truly unique product and to show that we care about your legacy as much as you do. Your memories might fade, but your photos should last a lifetime.
*How many weddings do they photograph in one day? We photograph one wedding per day. Our focus and undivided attention is dedicated to you on your special day.
*Are personal consultations part of your package? We meet several times with our couples as a complimentary service. This gives us the chance to get to know our couples better. We can then reflect their unique personalities in their images.
