Hope's Home

Back in December of 2009 one of our past brides Stephanie contacted us to ask if we would be interested in volunteering our time to photograph the children at Hope's Home where she is employed. Some of the photographs will be displayed at there Inaugural Gala Event on Saturday March 6th, 2010.

It was great to not only see and work with Stephanie again, but also to get to meet so many of the children and staff at Hope's Home. After 3 visits it was clear that it truly is a unique environment that helps so many families in the community. It is a place that embraces each child for who they are, a home that is not only full of hope but filled with joy and love.

Renee | Polaroid

Today we went to our friend Renee's house for a visit and some fun photos. It turned out to be a real adventure as we had received about a foot of snow overnight. First we shoveled our way out of the house, then Richard helped push out a neighbors car, and finally we were off. Here are some large format 4x5 polaroid photographs taken today of Renee and her two boys. Thanks Renee for the tea and a great afternoon.

Prints Auction | Haiti Relief Funds

Our friends at the Switch Cities blog are doing a print auction with he hopes of raising as much money as possible to help with relief efforts in Haiti.  We have joined in and donated 4 of our own prints. The prints are 11"x14" on 17"x22"  Hahnemühle Photo Rag Satin 310gsm Fine Art paper.  Printed in-house and signed.  100% of the money raised from our prints will go to the Red Cross.  Please help out and bid on all of the wonderful fine art photography prints featured on their blog.   Simply click on the print to bid on it.

Christina | Winter Fashion

last week we headed out on a fun winter shoot with Christina.  We did not have much time to shoot in the cold, but it was fun none the less to get out and shoot in the frosty winter wonderland. Thanks Christina for coming out on short notice with us.
